Studies of the expansion of the headquarters of the Arab League in Cairo required a visit to the headquarters of international organization in Europe and particularly in Belgium, Paris and Geneva. A report presented and approved by the league for the expansion of Headquarters and modifies the programs.

The candidate designed and supervised the implementation of the Demographic Building of the United Nations in Mokattam. He also participated in the supervision of the Building Centre of Environment and Development for Arab Region and Europe "Cedare" in Hijaz Street, Heliopolis, the building combined Arabian architecture and contemporary architecture in a binary distribution between the ancient and the modern
